If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and a quality guarantee on all our gourmet oils and vinegars.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or ship using your preferred method to our farm in Queen Creek, Arizona.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
