Our Bark Slice with Kokopelli Ornament is a one of a kind piece that brings together natural materials and artistic tradition. Hand carved in Bethlehem by the Giacaman Family, each ornament is made from a slice of olive branch, preserving the natural bark edge for a rustic, organic look.

The Kokopelli design is carefully carved into the wood, creating a striking contrast against the rich grain and natural texture of the olive wood. Each piece begins with pruned olive branches, never cutting down trees, and is dried for over a year before being shaped and finished by hand.

Created by master woodcarver Ibrahim Giacaman, a fourth generation artisan trained in Bethlehem and Florence, every ornament reflects generations of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Variations in grain, bark, and shape make each piece truly unique.

Due to the handmade nature of each ornament, no two are exactly alike and slight variations from the photo are to be expected.
